job security
i just got back from our Toronto Tradeshow. Although there were some bumps along the way (mainly dealing with our incompetent rep. group) sales were decent and i can keep my job for another day.
I have never imagined myself being concerned about a recession affecting me so personally. It is scary at times to be working in an industry that is so dependent on a flourishing economy and on people being comfortable and able to spend their disposable income on products like ours- non-necessities. While i feel that we are doing comparatively well in our market, there are moments when i become very afraid for the loss of my job and the coming economic depression.
